Though Chad of All Trades, Inc. has grown into a full service light construction company, Chad Arendsen originally founded the company under the hospices of a Professional Handyman Service™. It is the company’s goal to never lose sight of this very integral part of the business, and therefore we still provide quick clean work for all of the items on your fix it list, but with all the benefit of a licensed insured contractor.

Designed for jobs of 2.5 hours or less, our Professional Handyman Rates™ are $98.00 for the first half hour of service and $49.00 for each additional half hour thereafter. If you do not have the materials on hand for your small repair, one of our Professional Handyman Technicians™ will provide the necessary products to complete the job properly for later reimbursement.

Our associates show up on time, ready to work and are trained to accomplish much more in an hour than our typical unlicensed competitors! Every one of our Professional Handyman Technicians™ is proficient in at least three trades at a journeyman level, and that means more bang for your buck!
