About Noelle

With a degree in Business Management from the Eller College of Business at The University of Arizona, Noelle specializes in understanding the overall vision and helping drive results toward it. She considers her work the healing work of businesses, bringing teams into more cohesion, efficiency, and prioritizing individual needs as a part of the whole. 

Noelle loves working with the team at COAT and says it’s such a blessing to be part of this supportive, engaging, honest, hard-working group of people! 

When not working on business processes Noelle is facilitating personal healing work. A few of her other specialties include hosting holistic wellness events and individual somatic coaching. She loves spending time meditating, being in nature, and connecting deeply with new and familiar faces.
