About Katie

Katie manages the COAT Design Remodel office. She keeps things running smoothly with her attentiveness and diligence. Day to day she connects with potential customers, directs communications for our team, and works hard to make sure our customers are taken care of every step of the way.

With a background in the fast-paced world of customer service and retail management, Katie developed an organized and creative approach to finding solutions that leave our customers satisfied and thrilled with their decision to work with COAT.

From day one, working at COAT felt like home to Katie. She loves the close-knit and supportive atmosphere that the team fosters, and feels fortunate to be a part of such an amazing group of people.

In her free time, Katie enjoys traveling, camping, mountain biking, exploring nature, and training her pup. She loves the novelty of visiting places, meeting new people, as well as finding the adventure in everyday experiences.
